Perfectly customized and speedy service to ship as requested. USPS shipping leaves something to be desired, but it was delivered in time.

Great item received as described. Shipping was OK, but its the Holidays and all the deliveries are delayed. Nothing the shipper can do to avoid this. Customer service/communication about the details of the personalization did not instill confidence but I did receive what i needed!
