Does the package include price information?

We do not include price information on our packing slips.

 

This is a gift. Can I add a personalized note?

We would be happy to include a personalized note! Please include what you'd like written in the notes to seller on the cart page.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to customers who live in Texas at the current tax rate.

 

When can I expect my items to ship?

Items ship within 2-10 business days depending on the item and size of the order.  Please order early to ensure timely delivery.  Due to the high volume of orders during holiday seasons, we will do our best to ship your items out as promptly as possible.  During those seasons, we will post order by dates and estimated ship dates.  Transit times may also be delayed.  No refunds will be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions.  

 

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally. Each order is unique, so please contact us at info@personalizedgallery.com for a custom shipping quote. Include the ship-to country, each item you would like, and the quantity of each item. Packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. All custom and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. After the product ships, the estimated transit time is 6-10 business days. Personalized Gallery makes no guarantee of delivery dates on international orders. Personalized Gallery assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items on international orders.
