Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for orders delayed due to these conditions.

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order does arrive damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Yes, you can track the status of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

This is a gift. Can I add a personalized note?

Certainly! We would be happy to include a personalized note with your gift. Please include the message you'd like to include in the "notes to seller" section on the cart page during checkout.  We do not include price information on our packing slips.

Personalized Gallery guarantees our products. We will refund or replace any item that has a product defect or a manufacturing error. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. All refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at info@personalizedgallery.com if you have an issue with your order.

Can I return or get a replacement for personalized products?

We do not accept returns or provide replacements on personalized products unless there is a product defect or a manufacturing error. Please carefully review your personalization before submitting your order (check spellings, dates, names, and other personalization).

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.  Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order after it has been sent to production.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If the item arrives damaged, please email photos within three days of receipt, and a replacement will be mailed to you. Please retain the box and contents for 10 days in case there needs to be an inspection.

Will I get a refund if my order doesn't arrive on time?

Items will not be refunded due to an order not arriving on time unless you purchased the expedited delivery option and the package is being delivered within the continental 48 states (prior approval required).
