Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
Personalized Gallery guarantees our products. We will refund or replace any item that has a product defect or a manufacturing error. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. All refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com if you have an issue with your order.
We do not accept returns or provide replacements on personalized products unless there is a product defect or a manufacturing error. Please carefully review your personalization before submitting your order (check spellings, dates, names and other personalization)
We cannot change or cancel an order after it has been sent to production.
If the item arrives damaged, please email photos within three days of receipt and a replacement will be mailed. Please retain the box and contents for 10 days in case there needs to be an inspection.
Items will not be refunded due to an order not arriving on time unless you purchased the expedited delivery option and the package is being delivered within the continental 48 states (prior approval required).
